Business Oversight Manager

GovCIO is currently looking for a Business Oversight manager to support CODIS application development/modernization. This position will be located near Quantico, VA and will be a hybrid position.

Provide program management support to oversee CODIS development and operations teams. Manage and maintain risk register. Track scheduled activities and their progress. Maintain program dashboards and generate reports. Plan and respond to data calls. Analyze invoices for accuracy and completeness. Be SME on agile management approaches and frameworks.

High School with 3 - 10 years (or commensurate experience)
Clearance Required:  Top Secret eligible

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in governance, oversight and
• cost analysis or closely related experience including:
• Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
• Critical Path and Schedule Risk Assessment analyses
• Relating software development metrics to technical achievement
• Cost estimating and reporting
• Minimum of three (3) years of Agile Software Development experience
• Minimum of three (3) years of working experience in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), MS Project, and SharePoint (User)
• Work experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server and SharePoint (user)

Certification

• Program Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) certification
