GovCIO is currently hiring for a Staff Management Lead for resource planning, clearance management, training coordination, and onboarding for clearance accessibility for the Internal Revenue Service. This position will be a fully remote position within the United States with core hours of operations from 8 AM to 5 PM ET.
Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations with the business and technology teams that initiate and collect required information from new hires to initiate background checks for access to IRS information once cleared. Provides functional expertise in identifying, evaluating, and submitting accurate data. Brief senior leadership on the status of clearance and training status.
