RSNF English Language Training (ELT) Manager

GovCIO is currently hiring for a RSNF English Language Training (ELT) Manage to maintain and manage a team of qualified ELT instructors in support of the Royal Naval Forces (RSNF) ELT Program. This position will be located in Riyadh, KSA and will be an onsite position.

Support the goal of the RSNF ELT program to produce student graduates who can enter USN, USMC, and contractors provided in CONUS or follow-on RSNF training in the Kingdom or at other locations within the requisite time stipulated in the DLIELC curriculum.

Maintain the stock of all ALC learning and testing materials and share responsibility for the safekeeping and inventory of all learning and testing materials.

Analyze RSNF ELT schedules, delivery methods, and standards to determine currency, relevance, and applicability to current training objectives.

Prepare and deliver reports, studies, briefings, and point papers containing findings/results, including recommendations for modifying and developing RSNF ELT and ALCPT schedules, delivery methods, and standards.

Guide the maintenance of existing infrastructure support requirements associated with in-Kingdom ELT programs and for supporting emerging infrastructure support requirements.

Provide advisory and management support for ELT Program matters to the RSNF Headquarters staff in Riyadh.

BS with 2-5 years experience

Bachelor’s degree in management, Business, Engineering or Education and five years of combined experience in Government and/or industry management related to assigned functional task.

Preferred Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in English as a Second Language (ESL / EFL) – OR – 10 years or more as an ELT instructor and five (5) years’ experience instructing students in military programs
