GovCIO is currently hiring for Low Code/No Code (LCNC) Senior Technical Lead to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Digital Transformation Center (DTC) Program. With your Microsoft Power Platform background and your tech-savvy leadership skills, you will provide technical guidance to support VA Citizen Developers throughout their projects, design and deliver technical training programs to upskill VA Citizen Developers, and help build tools to support and empower the VA Citizen Development community. This position will be fully remote.
You will work directly with VA Citizen Developers to encourage and foster innovation, provide hands-on technical guidance, oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of tools and platforms used by Citizen Developers, conduct regular code reviews and provide feedback to ensure best practices are followed, and design/deliver training programs to upskill the VA Citizen Development community.
Experience working with a civil agency is preferred; experience working with the VA is desired. The environment is dynamic and client needs are often evolving. As such, your thought leadership, problem solving, and rapid learning skills are needed to lead our clients through conceptualization, strategic planning, and execution.
