Overview

GovCIO is currently seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Architect/BaseCamp Engineer to join our dynamic team supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs. This role focuses on production and customer enablement/customer success team support, ensuring the successful planning, testing, and release of IT products while maintaining their underlying infrastructure. This position is fully remote, located in the United States.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide enterprise architecture support and engineering expertise for product releases.
  • Sustain and manage the production environment applications to ensure efficient and timely operation.
  • Lead customer enablement/customer success teams in troubleshooting, performance optimization, and resolution current manners.
  • Oversee self-service request management and resource coordination.
  • Ensure continuous product sustainment and service delivery excellence.
  • Manage the migration of products and infrastructure to a secure and scalable cloud environment.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's with 12+ years (or commensurate experience)
  • DevOps and CI/CD understanding with modern development pipelines and automation tools like Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Skills in data governance, cybersecurity principles, and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience in Azure and hybrid cloud environments 
  • Align IT strategy with business objectives and understand team structures.
  • Able to communicate complex technical concepts for stakeholders understanding.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

 

  • Developed API, UI, and external apps .NET Web API, C# with connections to SQL Server Database.
  • Angular, TypeScript and UI open-source libraries like PrimeNG and Bootstrap for styling.
  • Implemented Custom Role based authorization to restrict features by Roles.
  • GIT workflow
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. 
  • Certifications in relevant technologies.

Posted Pay Range

The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Posted Salary Range

USD $150,000.00 - USD $185,000.00 /Yr.
