Overview

GovCIO is currently seeking a CRM Consultant to join a cross-functional team dedicated to delivering impactful features. This position is fully remote and available to candidates within the Continental United States (CONUS).

Responsibilities

The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant will be responsible for developing, customizing, and configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to meet business objectives and enhance customer relationship management strategies. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

  • Design and code applications following functional and technical specifications using appropriate Microsoft tools and frameworks.
  • Customize and configure Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, forms, views, and dashboards to align with business processes.
  • Develop and integrate plugins, custom workflows, Power Automate flows, and PowerApps for extended functionality.
  • Maintain and modify existing software applications to improve performance and usability.
  • Analyze detailed system factors, including input and output requirements, information flow, hardware and software dependencies, and alternative problem resolutions.
  • Recommend system enhancements and best practices for CRM performance, scalability, and user experience.
  • Conduct data migration, cleansing, and integration activities with other business systems (e.g., ERP, SharePoint, or Power BI).
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews and design sessions to ensure adherence to standards, specifications, and architectural principles.
  • Provide end-user support and training to drive adoption and continuous improvement.
  • Write or revise program documentation, operations manuals, and user guides in accordance with company standards.
  • Develop test plans, conduct unit and system testing, and ensure quality deliverables.
  • Maintain version control, deployment scripts, and configuration documentation.
  • Support full project lifecycle activities, including requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's with 5 - 8 years (or commensurate experience)   
  • Expertise in developing and sustaining and application in Dynamics365
  • Analytical and investigation skills.  
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and supervision.   
  • Experience with Agile Methodology and Scrum Processes.  
  • Advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle.  
  • Experience working with Azure.
  • Experience with code versioning and project management tools. (e.g. Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Teams etc.)  
  • Demonstrated experience in a remote work environment.   

Preferred Skills and Experience 

 

  • Experience with VA and/or other Federal Agencies. 
  • Understanding of the VA Veteran-Focused Integration Process (VIP) project management methodology.
  • Experience in Power BI

 

Clearance Required:  Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability/Public Trust clearance.

Posted Pay Range

The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Posted Salary Range

USD $81,850.00 - USD $110,000.00 /Yr.
