GovCIO is currently hiring for an IT Project Manager to support products at the Department of Veterans Affairs. This role is a fully remote, U.S.-based position, with core hours of operation Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET.
The IT Project Manager serves as a key leader supporting a major product line within the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Health Services Portfolio, Healthcare and Environmental Logistics Management Product Line. This role drives day‑to‑day execution across the full systems development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring effective delivery of technical capabilities, modernization initiatives, and integrated product support for a product. The IT Project Manager partners with VA OIT, business owners, VISNs/VAMCs, contractors, and technical SMEs to coordinate development, testing, deployment, and sustainment activities.
This role requires strong technical project management skills, experience leading cross‑functional IT teams, and a solid understanding of enterprise‑scale IT modernization, COTS/GOTS integration, cloud services, and federal IT governance.

Posted Pay Range
The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity.
